Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enroll in Vesanta programmes. If you are under 18, do not provide personal information through the platform.

You agree to use Vesanta only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with professional standards. Prohibited uses include submitting fraudulent information, impersonation, or any activity that undermines platform integrity.

Availability of specific services may vary by jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring they comply with local laws and export controls. Vesanta primarily serves professionals in Singapore and the broader regional energy sector.

Account Responsibilities

To access certain features you must register for an account. Accurate and current information must be maintained in your profile to ensure correct service delivery and communications.

You represent that information provided during registration and in your profile is truthful and complete. Vesanta may rely on this information for programme placement, assessments, and communications.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify Vesanta immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Vesanta implements reasonable security measures but cannot control actions by third parties.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly authorised in writing by Vesanta. Sharing login credentials with others is prohibited and may result in suspension.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Vesanta support immediately at [email protected]. Provide relevant details to assist with contribute and account recovery.

Vesanta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or conduct that harms other users or platform operations. Where practicable, notice will be provided prior to suspension.

Services Provided

Vesanta provides online courses, coaching, assessments, job-market insights, and employer matching services tailored to future managers in the oil and gas sector. Service descriptions, eligibility, and pricing are available on the platform.

Vesanta may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services at any time. Substantial changes affecting paid services will be communicated to affected users in advance where feasible.

We strive for high availability of our platform and scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Unplanned outages will be addressed promptly with transparency to affected users.

User Conduct Rules

Users must adhere to professional standards and these conduct rules while using Vesanta services. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or other measures.

• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or in programme applications.
• Respect other users and maintain professional communication; harassment, hate speech, or discrimination is prohibited.
• Do not upload malicious content, spyware, or any material intended to harm the platform or its users.
• Use provided assessment and matching tools only for their intended career development purposes.
• Comply with intellectual property laws and do not post unauthorized copyrighted materials.
• Avoid any activity that could be construed as soliciting clients or employees in violation of contractual or legal obligations.
• Report suspected abuses or security issues to Vesanta promptly via support channels.

User Content

Users may submit profiles, resumes, comments, and other content as part of professional development and community interactions. Such content is subject to moderation and these terms.

You retain ownership of the original content you create and submit, subject to the license you grant to Vesanta to operate and promote services as described below.

By submitting content you grant Vesanta a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for the purposes of providing services, promoting programmes, and matching candidates with employers.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit. Vesanta is not liable for user-generated content and may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

Vesanta may remove or restrict access to user content if it infringes rights, violates policies, or is unlawful. Users may request removal of their content; such requests will be evaluated under applicable standards.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary materials on the Vesanta platform, including course content, branding, software, and documentation, are owned or licensed by Vesanta. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

• Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute Vesanta course materials outside permitted use.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer platform software or circumvent access controls.
• Respect activity and branding; do not use Vesanta marks without express written permission.

Paid Services and Subscriptions

Certain Vesanta offerings are paid services, including premium courses, one-on-one coaching, and employer matching. Paid services are subject to the terms in this section and specific service agreements.

Pricing for paid services is displayed on the relevant product pages. Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars where applicable and include the fees for the stated service components.

Payments may be processed through authorised payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all applicable fees. Vesanta does not store full payment card details.

Subscription services renew automatically until cancelled. Users may cancel subscriptions via their account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be provided for demonstrable billing errors or material non-delivery of paid services. Refund eligibility details are specified in the relevant service terms.

Users may cancel paid services in accordance with the cancellation policy for each product. Cancellation does not entitle users to continued access beyond the paid period unless specifically agreed.

Applicable taxes, duties, or levies are the responsibility of the purchaser. Vesanta will charge taxes where required by law and indicate tax amounts in invoices or receipts.

Vesanta may update pricing for services. Existing subscriptions will be subject to the pricing terms agreed at purchase; notifications will be provided for changes affecting renewals.

Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of paid services and denial of access until outstanding balances are settled. Vesanta may pursue reasonable collection actions for unpaid fees.

Disclaimer

Information on the Vesanta platform is provided for educational and professional development purposes. Course content, assessments, and career guidance reflect expert insight but are not a substitute for legal, business, or professional advice tailored to an individual's circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesanta and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid for services during the relevant period, except where prohibited by law.

Third-Party Services

Vesanta may integrate with third-party tools and service providers for assessments, content delivery, and recruitment. Use of those services may be subject to additional terms and privacy practices of the third parties.

Termination

Vesanta may terminate or suspend access to services for breach of these Terms, inactivity, or legal reasons. Users may terminate their account through account settings; termination does not relieve users of outstanding obligations.

Upon termination, access to paid content and features will cease. Vesanta may retain certain information as required by law or for fraud prevention and security purposes.

Privacy

Use of Vesanta is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected. The privacy policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on the Vesanta site.

Communications

By registering, you agree to receive service-related communications, administrative notices, and promotional materials consistent with your preferences. Critical account messages may be sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting user rights or paid services will be communicated in advance where practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispute Resolution

Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set out under Singapore law and the governing jurisdiction clause.
